2008 Crew Review-

Again Todd had trouble playing the full year due to work. He was able to play the first two weeks and the last two weeks and the Crew missed his strong bat and great defensive abilities.

When Todd was able to play, he was a force in the middle of the lineup, showing his 2007 struggles are behind him. When he used a real bat(not his composite) he has good power and the ability to drive the ball to all fields, he showed again he is a big game player making 2 diving catches in the final playoff game and hitting .420 for the entire playoffs.

Defensively they don't come much better than Todd. Playing second base and third this season, he again showed good range, soft hands and a strong, accurate throwing arm.

2007 Crew Review-

Todd is another Crew member who simply had an off year by his standards at the plate. Starting out hot,, he earned himself player of the week honors for the first week of June., and then cooled off. Even having an off year Todd was one of the Crews best hitters in the clutch, and one of the few Crew who can go deep at any time.

In the field Todd had another great season, spending half the season behind the plate, Todd is a team leader, taking command of the infield. Todd also split time at second, third, and shortstop where he again showed his soft hands, range, and strong throwing arm.

2007 Highlights

  • 3 for 3, 2B, HR, 3 RBI 6/02
