2009 Crew Review-

Tom was one of the many Crew hitters who struggled with the move to Akron AA. Tom struggled with his swing all season, never coming close to the MVP type form he showed the previous season. Even with his struggles, Tom was always a hard out, striking out only six times all season.

They say defense doesn't go into slumps, and Tom proved this true last season, staying true to form as a great defensive first baseman.

2008 Crew Review-

Tom was one of the many impact rookies to join the Crew in 2008, cementing himself at first base and the top of the batting order. Tom showed his defensive abilities all season as he saved countless runs with his uncanny ability to scoop and save errant throws.

At the plate Tom led the Crew in batting average, hits, RBI, and stolen bases to earn himself the 08 MVP. Tom proved himself to be a tough out all season, striking out only twice en route to one of the best all around offensive campaigns in Canton Crew history.
